If you break this headset, including damage caused during work, within 1 year and return to to us we will replace it.
You must email us or call us first on 01689 876620 to register your return. KEEP your INVOICE/RECEIPT so that we can find you on our system. We will give you a unique return number and a Freepost number to send the item to. Your item will be posted out standard mail. If you need it more quickly you will have to pay for special delivery. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The headset will not be replaced more than once in one 1 year period. If you continue to break it you will need to purchase a more robust headset with Kevlar cable for instance.
The warranty runs from the invoice date and is not extended by a replacement being sent for another year!
