All items listed on our website (except used equipment) generally
have a standard manufacturer's 1 year warranty.
The Showcomms headset models which include the BG, Centurion, TC4
and Whisper Throat Microphone have a no quibble 1 year warranty and
will be replaced upon their return.
Other product warranties require return of the item to the manufacturer
for assessment and repair or replacement. Some UHF hand portable
models have the facility for an extended warranty over 3 years but
these must be obtained at the time of purchasing the item.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
In order to return an item please call us on 01689 876620 with your
details and if possible the original invoice number.
We will issue you with a return number and if you are in the UK we
will give you our FREEPOST return address to send the item to us.
You must put your return number on the package you are returning.
The FREEPOST RETURN number is not available outside the UK.
Customers outside the UK must return the item at their own cost.
Large, heavy or valuable items cannot be set by Freepost and must
be returned by the customer at their cost by courier or special delivery.
Items returned unwanted are subject to a 25% restocking charge. |
