Showcomms offers two online payment methods either by Paypal or Protx.
Items may also be purchased by Credit and Debit cards by calling +44 (0)1689 876620

Postage       Our Postage and Packing charges start at £2.95 by 1st class recorded post in the UK.  The various options available  are shown in your shopping cart before payment is made.

PAYPAL
We have been using Paypal since 2001 and we have come to trust it.
It is possible to use Paypal without registering with them however if you register with Paypal (and verify your card details) you will not need to type in  your card details ever again on websites using Paypal.   Paypal also now have charge back facilities in place with many credit card issuers and a £500.00 protection scheme subject to conditions.

PROTX
Payments can be made using Protx by registering on the Showcomms website.  For more information on Protx please see http://www.protx.com/shopperhelp.asp

EXPRESS CHECKOUT
The EXPRESS checkout facility is available to customers for one off purchases which can be completed without registering on our website but it is only available using PayPal.
If you use this method please ensure that your postal address details are on your PayPal notification so that we can send your items without delay.

If you do not wish to purchase on-line please call us by telephone to purchase by card or we can supply our address for you to send a cheque.
When n you call your card details are entered straight into our card machine.  We do not store this information and any written notes are put through our SHREDDER (a cross cut shredder).
Your card transaction receipt is sent with our printed receipt/invoice.

Importantly we can offer individual time and valuable advice.

* You cannot unknowingly buy anything that may be temporarily out of stock.
* We can ensure you purchase the correct item to suit your purpose first time.
* Still unsure about buying, call for customer references in the UK and abroad.

We do not offer a try and buy service unless contacted specifically beforehand.
Items returned unwanted are subject to a  25% restocking charge.

POLICY
We send the majority of items out as soon as a payment is received & verified.
We check our email regularly throughout the day.
We have a daily postal collection Monday to Friday at 2:00pm.
We try to keep our customers as informed as possible, as quickly as possible.
