MAKING A PURCHASE. PAYMENT SECURITY AND PROCESSING

There are a number of options for viewing product prices in our shopping cart.

Items can be viewed inclusive or exclusive of VAT  see : Show VAT   Hide VAT

Prices can be viewed in UK Pound    Euro    or $ Dollars   

Postage       Postage and Packing charges are based on Royal Mail Tracked 48 in the UK. 

Showcomms offers the choice of online payment methods either by Paypal or by card payment.
Paypal and on-line card payment facilities are available to all customers in three currencies (£,$,Euros).

When making on-line payment by card our PCI DSS Level 1 compliant platform is Sagepay. (www.sagepay.co.uk).

Our on-line merchant service providers are Worldpay £ and  Elavon for on-line card payments in $ or Euros.

A shipping estimator will show the postage and packing cost in your shopping cart and postage costs can be seen before committing to purchase.  The shipping estimator defaults to UK postage. For non -uk customers please select your destination country and update the shipping estimator box.

CREDIT CARD & GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT CARDS
If you do not wish to purchase on-line please call us by telephone to purchase by card or we can supply our address for you to send a cheque.
When you call your card details are entered straight into our card machine.  We do not store this information and any written notes are put through our SHREDDER.
Your card transaction receipt is sent with our printed receipt/invoice.

We are PCI compliant under the RBS Worldpay and Elavon compliancy schemes to level 2B

Shipping and Delivery Times.
It is our aim to ship all orders where all items are in stock within 2 working days subject to card payment clearance. (In practice it is 1 working day). (Saturdays, Sundays and UK Public Holidays are not considered working days).  Orders placed after 2pm on a working day my not be shipped to the following regardless of shipping method chosen as all couriers impose a collection cut off time.  If your order is time critical next day and you are up against an improbable dead-line we do not adopt your deadline. Please call us 01689 876620 to quote you for same day delivery, to arrange your own courier collection or bike within the London Area.

If a product is temporarily out of stock or if a multiple of a product is placed in the cart and we are not holding full quantity of your order our shopping cart will display the time (based on previous historical data) that is has taken for us to replace stock and previously ship the item.  If there is no previous data the time shown defaults to 14 days as an estimate.

The UK Royal Mail shipping time is a 48 hour service by tracked mail. A signature is not required.

All items on Showcomms website are sold with the inclusion of UK VAT.  Sales outside of UK are rated 0%. 

Local Import Tax and Duties may be applied before delivery by the carrier.

We only ship orders at listed value. 
Please DO NOT ask us to ship at a lower value than an order's invoice total.
