 Our new listen only earpiece based on the popular BG-F but without a microphone or PTT switch. 
This is a listen only earpiece with a direct fit to the Motorola MTH650 MTH800 and MTP850 radios and has a securing screw for the connector plug to the radio.
To talk to control you must use the radio's internal onboard microphone.
